The snuffy wall rug is part of the series of miniature miffy rugs made of 100% New Zealand wool. Just like the floor rugs, the mini versions are hand-tufted in three different levels of pile heights for a 3D texture. The miffy wall rugs are backed with a loop so they can be used as the cutest wall art. Choose your favourite character or collect them all.
The snuffy wall rug is hand-tufted in India and certified with the GoodWeave label. The best assurance that no child labor, forced or bonded label is used. Besides, with every purchase you support programs that educate children and improve working conditions for adults in producer communities.

Please keep in mind that the shipping costs for rugs in bigger sizes, 200 x 300 cm, are very high. Check UPS.com for an indication.
Process for returns
To return your order, simply follow the steps below:
1. Send us an email, within 14 days of receiving your order, to returns@maisondeux.comand let us know which item(s) you would like to return.
2. Send your unused and undamaged item(s) and the original packaging back to us within 14 days.
3. Download our return form (PDF) Fill in the return form and place it together with the items you want to return.
4. Seal the box securely.
5. Return at your nearest post office and send it to the address stated in the return form. The return shipment costs must be paid by the customer and are not covered by Maison Deux.
6. Keep receipts and tracking numbers as proof of you return.
Refund
Once we receive your returns, all item(s) will be inspected. Products must be returned unused and undamaged with the original packaging and labels attached.
A full refund of the purchase price will be given, including the orignal shipping charges.
The shipping costs made by the costumer to return an order, must be paid by the customer and are not covered by Maison Deux. Unless there was a mistake in delivery.
If an item is used or damaged, the item(s) will be sent back to you and a refund will be refused.
We will refund your order witihin 7 working days counting from the day we receive your order.
Exchange
If you want to exchange your order you’ll need to place a new order and return the original product for a refund.
