Would you like to return an item?
No problem. You can easily register your return through our returns portal within 14 days of receiving your order. Please note: custom size doormats cannot be returned — see below for details.

Would you like to exchange an item?
Place a new order for the replacement and return the original for a refund. See the steps below for how to return a product.

Please note: our custom doormats are made to your exact dimensions and therefore cannot be returned or exchanged.

How it works

Go to our returns portal and enter your order number (including the # symbol f.e. #1234) and the postcode of the delivery address.

Select the items you wish to return and follow the steps in the portal.

Carefully pack the items in their original packaging, including any labels.

Download your return label and drop off your parcel at your chosen shipping location. (Keep your proof of postage and tracking number until your return has been fully processed)

Important

• Items must be returned unused, undamaged, and with all original tags attached.

• Personalized items, custom-made products, made-to-order products, and Sample Sale items cannot be returned.

• If you have received an incorrect or defective item, please contact us at returns@maisondeux.com before registering your return.

If an item has been used or damaged, it will be returned to you and your refund will be refused.

Refund

Returned items are inspected upon receipt. Once your return has been approved, you will receive a refund of the purchase price. The return shipping cost shown above will be deducted from your refund.

If an item has been used or damaged, it is not eligible for a refund and will be returned to you.

Refunds are processed within 7 business days of receiving your return.
