The role
As an Order Picker / Logistics Support (Freelance), you play a key role in our day-to-day operations. You ensure that orders are picked, packed, and shipped accurately and on time. You’ll work closely with the operations team and support both B2C and B2B orders.
This role is ideal for someone looking for a flexible, practical, and independent part-time freelance position.
What you’ll do
- Pick, pack, and prepare orders for shipment (B2C & B2B)
- Check products for quality and correct quantities
Prepare shipments and labels (DHL, DPD, UPS, etc.)
Support inbound goods: unpacking, checking, and stocking- Keep the warehouse organised and tidy
- Assist with stock checks and basic inventory control
- Support during busy periods, launches, and sales
Who you are
- Hands-on, reliable, and accurate
- Comfortable working independently
- Physically able to handle boxes and products
- Organised and detail-oriented
- Flexible availability (extra hours during busy periods is a plus)
- Experience in logistics or fulfilment is a plus, but not required

De rol
Als Order Picker / Logistiek Medewerker (Freelance) ondersteun je het dagelijkse logistieke proces. Je zorgt ervoor dat bestellingen correct en op tijd worden gepickt, verpakt en verzonden. Je werkt nauw samen met het operations team en ondersteunt zowel B2C- als B2B-orders.
Deze functie is ideaal voor iemand die op zoek is naar een flexibele, praktische part-time freelance rol.
Wat ga je doen
- Picken, verpakken en verzendklaar maken van bestellingen (B2C & B2B)
- Controleren van producten op kwaliteit en aantallen
- Aanmaken en verwerken van verzendlabels (DHL, DPD, UPS, etc.)
- Ontvangen, uitpakken en controleren van binnenkomende goederen
- Op orde houden van magazijn en werkplek
- Ondersteunen bij voorraadcontroles
- Extra ondersteuning tijdens piekperiodes, launches en campagnes
Wie ben jij
- Praktisch ingesteld, betrouwbaar en nauwkeurig
- In staat om zelfstandig te werken
- Fysiek in staat om dozen en producten te tillen
- Gestructureerd en oog voor detail
- Flexibel inzetbaar (extra uren in drukke periodes is een pré)
- Ervaring in logistiek of fulfilment is een plus, maar geen vereiste

The role
As a Junior Creative Content Maker (Freelance), you’ll work at the creative core of Maison Deux. You’ll be responsible for creating and developing visual and written content across our channels. You’ll work independently within a small team and collaborate closely with the founders and marketing team.
This role is ideal for someone who has recently graduated or has 1–2 years of experience and is looking for a flexible, creative freelance position alongside other projects.
What you’ll do
- Create and design content for Instagram, TikTok, Pinterest, and newsletters
- Develop visuals for campaigns, launches, and brand activations
- Experiment with AI / 3D / visual storytelling
- Edit and retouch photography and video
- Design mood boards, lookbooks, and presentations
- Write and edit newsletters, blog posts, and short press texts
- Set up and support influencer and loyalty campaigns
- Support photo shoots and creative productions
- Safeguard Maison Deux’ visual identity and tone of voice
Who you are
- Recently graduated or 1–2 years of experience in Graphic Design, Communication & Multimedia Design, or a similar creative field
- Comfortable working as a freelancer (or willing to start as one)
- Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign; Premiere Pro / After Effects is a plus)
- Creative, conceptually strong, and detail-oriented
- Able to work independently in a small team
- Affinity with design, interiors, branding, and visual trends
- Proactive, organised, and hands-on

As a Content & Creative intern, you’ll work at the creative heart of our brand:
- Design and create content for Instagram, TikTok, and Pinterest
- Contribute to campaigns and 3D/AI visual storytelling
- Design visuals for social media, newsletters, and brand activations
- Set up influencer and loyalty campaigns
- Draft newsletters, press releases, and blog posts

E-commerce & Sales INTERN

What will you do?
As an E-commerce & Sales intern, you’ll focus on the commercial side of our brand:
- Maintain and optimise our webshop (content, product pages, visuals, copy)
- Write and design newsletters
- Optimise product descriptions and SEO copy
- Analyse webshop data and contribute ideas to improve conversion
- Upload and manage new products (images + copy)
- Support commercial campaigns and online activations
- Support B2B sales (retail & projects)
- Assist at trade shows and sales activities
Who are you?
- 3rd/4th-year student in e-commerce, communications, marketing, or a related field
- Affinity with webshops and digital marketing
- Basic knowledge of Shopify, Klaviyo/Mailchimp, and Google Analytics is a plus
- Strong writing skills (Dutch/English/German/French) and a feel for commercial content
- Analytical, structured, and detail-oriented
- Available at least 4 days per week
