Returns
Unroll your mat upon arrival and let it rest flat for a few hours. It will naturally settle into shape.
Vacuum regularly to keep it looking fresh. For a deeper clean, use warm water and a mild soap.
Avoid fabric softener, as it reduces the mat’s ability to absorb moisture. Do not tumble dry. Always let it air dry completely.

What sizes are available?
Our doormats are available in standard and custom sizes. Choose one of our standard sizes or enter your own dimensions for a made-to-measure fit.
How do I measure my space?
Measure the width and length of your entrance area. For recessed floors, always measure at multiple points, use the largest dimensions and round up to the nearest centimeter. For detailed measuring and installation instructions, visit our Measuring Guide.
What's the difference between a recessed and surface-fit doormat?
A recessed doormat sits inside a mat well for a flush finish. A surface-fit doormat is placed directly on top of the floor.
Can I trim the doormat myself?
Our doormats are available in standard and custom sizes. Choose one of our standard sizes or enter your own dimensions for a made-to-measure fit.
Can I order a sample first?
Yes. If you'd like to see the colour and feel the quality first, samples are available to order.
When can I expect my doormat?
All doormats are made to order and dispatch within 1–2 weeks. You'll receive a tracking link as soon as your order ships.
Can I return my doormat?
As each doormat is made to order, it cannot be returned or exchanged. If there is an issue with your order, please contact us and we'll be happy to help.
Should I combine my doormat with an outdoor mat?
Yes. For the cleanest entrance, we recommend pairing your indoor doormat with a brushed outdoor mat. This helps remove coarse dirt outside, while your indoor doormat absorbs moisture and traps finer dirt before it reaches the rest of your home.
Does the doormat absorb moisture and trap dirt?
Yes. The absorbent high-pile surface helps capture moisture while also helping to keep everyday dirt from being tracked through your home. Our doormats can absorb up to 2.53 litres of moisture per square metre.
Will the backing leave marks on my floor?
No. The PVC-free TPE backing is designed to provide reliable grip without leaving marks on your floor.
